THIS PROJECT IS ALREADY IN DEVELOPMENT - AND JUST NEEDS FUNDS TO GET OFF THE GROUND

Ive got a large-scale website that Ive been working on for the past couple months that needs start up funds to get off the ground. This is a project in a very untapped niche that will easily explode with the marketing campaign i have setup. This is not a black hat site either, all of my campaign efforts so far and what i have planned are simple white hat measures to ensure we get the right SEO rankings. This means your investment is guaranteed returns , as the website will literally sell itself with the unique functionality i have designed and programmed in, and the fact that it is completely white hat. i can't disclose many details here publicly, but i need someone who would be interested in investing a small amount of funds to get operations up and running immediately.

you literally have to do no work, im a professional web developer (my portfolio is available by request) and i will be managing the entire project with my core staff. in return for your investment, you will be included in the websites growth and will hold a share in the revenue. proifts will be high, and the turn around potential for your investment is even higher.

quite frankly i had planned on doing this myself since ive gotten alot of positive feedback about the basic idea of the service, but im now planning on making this much larger then what i had in mind at first.

so anyone who is interested in turning their investment over a couple hundred times, or would like a more in-depth business plan from myself, shoot me a pm.

How much money are you wanting ?

I don't understand very well -- you already have a "team" but you need money ?? -- how are you paying the team ??

who are they ?? what are they doing that you can't do yourself ??

Also if you didn't have the funds to do this project in the first place - then why did you get involved ??

Have you gotten a contract drawn up yet so we can look at that ??

Need to see some real answers .. thanks.

Nod - claims one of his sites is making 10k a month in ads now - yet he is asking for 1800 from this thread.

Just doesn't make sense at all.... I'd advise anyone to be very careful here..... cheers.

I've explained the situation to danny, as i believe i was unclear with my original message. I've been getting alot of messages and have been trying my best to reply to them all, and as of right now I am still looking for potential investors.

Edit: Also, as i've stated multiple times in this thread, please PM me for information

now he PM's me - changing the story - saying its not his site - it's his in house professional gamers site.

that I am making false accusations -- honestly just get the money from a credit card worst case...
seems you guys have more than enough cashflow to cover that.

I just can't get involved when you say one thing - change your mind 5 minutes later - then accuse me of doing something wrong.
....... I'm not the one asking to borrow money from people I've never met over the internet with no security ... of course we need
to ask questions and be very careful.

    Cheers

I'm not sure if you misunderstood my business model, or you didnt read it fully (mabye english isnt your first language?), but everything I have said so far has been the same as the original business model i sent you danny.

Get the money from a credit card worst case? How can you make these assumptions on how much cashflow me or my team is dealing with?

Anyways, Please don't spread false rumors over my thread about things I'm not saying. I'm not really sure what vendetta you have against me, but if you don't trust me thats fine, but please don't bash my threads for no reason.

Look - I didn't want to post in this thread again - as I am out ... but I want to make one thing crystal clear to you and everyone else.

You sent me your proposal ... I questioned one thing - about how you told me you had a site making $10,000 a month now from Ads - it was implying to me that the $1800 you were asking for would be safe and secure. Obviously when I saw that - it raised a red flag to me and probably other people.

So you were happy to include this until questioned -- then you changed the story to say it was one of your teams sites and earnings and not yours.

Instead of manning up and saying look I made a mistake - you decided to accuse me of making a false allegations etc and some vendetta against you.... to try to discredit me and anything I said.

As I said above I have the money to do this - but after that experience - where someone is wishy washy and then comes after me accusing me of some other motive then that is out of line.

In terms of your response to me - you now claim your business associate/partner/team member who you work with makes $10,000 a month from affiliate sales - and he doesn't trust you enough to lend you $1800 - then why would any of us who don't know you do so in his place. Sorry but it doesn't pass the smell test.... thanks.

It is better that you post all the details here on the thread instead of PM-ing everyone so that everyone can see clearly what your JV is all about.

    Well said.

I don't think I'll be investing in anyone without any clear direction. I'm out.
