- Profit Split: Exact percentages are negotiable. My initial proposal is something like 50/50 of net profits after operational costs (server fees, marketing budgets, etc.) are covered. But I’m flexible.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Me: Marketing, hosting infrastructure, brand identity, user funnel optimization.
- You: Full-stack development of the AI chatbot web application, ongoing maintenance, product feature roadmap.
- The NSFW AI chatbot space is booming, but it’s still untapped in very specific sub-niches. By targeting a smaller segment of the market, we can be a big fish in a smaller pond—less competition, highly engaged audience, and strong monetization potential.
- Phase 1: MVP (Minimum Viable Product). Basic chatbot functionality, user interface, and payment system if necessary.
- Phase 2: Integrations & Feature Enhancements (e.g., advanced personalization, expansions on the niche content).
- Phase 3: Scale up marketing, add premium features, affiliate partnerships, and more.
- Massive Traffic: I have proven marketing channels to bring instant traffic.
- Clear Monetization Strategy: We know exactly how to convert visitors into paying customers with NSFW chatbot solutions.
- Shared Growth: We scale together, and I’m all about open communication for a win-win outcome.
