[JV] PHP Programmer/Expert Needed, $xxx - $xxxx/ Month potential

I need to build a website similar to the GPT sites (not dealing with cash though). Postbacks etc needs to be handled from 2 or 3 CPA networks. I need a PHP programmer who is experienced in this. Earnings will be split in halves.

What I bring to this JV:

- Traffic. I already have traffic for this kind of site. The earnings will start flowing as soon as the site is ready.

- I know a thing or two, so I can assist you in building the site. I just can't do it alone at the moment.

What is expected from you:

- Experience in handling this kind of (postback from CPA network, security) programming.

- Would be awesome if are also good with CSS and/or other designing stuff.
