1. You manage client communication & freelancer accounts
2. I handle all development, delivery, and ongoing support
3. Revenue is shared fairly based on roles
Regions / Timezones:
Preference for Europe & US partners due to timezone alignment and smoother communication.
Other regions (South America, Oceania, etc.) are welcome if schedules match - open to discussing arrangements.
