Jv partner wanted.

Hi.
We need JV partner to start 3 different affiliate networks. He must be from country ,wich able to send recieve/ paypal. We are not us residents.
1) cpa
2)casino
3) twitter,facebook,myspace ....related.

Ok,we need partner to be able to pay affiliates with different payment methods.
Better, if partner 'll be from usa,from state with minimum taxes. Even better,if partner can invest money,so we 'll able to start all 3 networks at the same time. If no money,so we can start from 1 network ,and then when it become profitable,start others.
We 'll pay for llc ourself,and 'll buy it from any reputable online providers(legalzoom,bizfillings..) .Partner just need to provide adress for llc and ssn(cause we can't get EIN without SSN) .Don' worry,we 'll not still ssn or your info,you even can call for llc providers and give them your ssn directly,if you want).

We know what to do,how to do,and able to find many affiliates,whitehat or blackhat.

But we still open for jvs about casino ( need investment around 10 000)
and web2.0 deal need programmer (it'll be like membership site).
I am not sure yet,how to deal about web2.0 deal,cause we afraid thaty idea 'll be stollen.
