JV Partner Wanted for Branded E-Comm

Hi everyone , I am looking for a strategic joint partnership for my e-commerce store. The company is a branded fashion and apparel company.
I am looking for a partner who will drive traffic to our offers. I am offering a 50/50% split of profits from each campaign.
I am seeking a long-term partner who also wants a long-term partnership. My goal is to scale the business quickly both
online and offline and sell the business. Wash, rinse and repeat. Our products are shipped from USA with fulfillment
centers in California and other USA cities. We also may dropship products for testing the market and product discovery.
We are artist who love creating and making things that make others happy. All of our clothing and apparels are designed in-house.
I will handle order fullfillment, customer service, product research, store maintenance. You drive traffic to the store either
from IG influencers, FB retargeting, Pinterest, YouTube, Native ads, Display ads, billboards, radio, TV, etc or whatever you

I work in the fashion space and could help you.

But, in the current climate, this is not a good deal as chances are you will not be able to ship many products, because either you import the product, or if you manufacture you will import the raw materials.

Either way in reality you will just be selling current stock / product you cannot shift. So that means many orders will get cancelled or clients delay purchases. On your deal i then would not get paid anything for my effort, though you will have a customers details to market to later.

So i will make you a counter offer.

You first need to build up an email list who you can market to later when everything calms down.

So my proposal is we blend our respective jv's. Then we can make an roi on the front end collecting the emails and then remarket on the backend for almost $0 later on a 50/50 deal as you suggest.
