Quick History:
We are a Software development Company based in Canada and at about 1 Year 4 Months ago we decided to begin the development of a very complex billing application that would be used by several online businesses - https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/j...elling-solution-bst-by-15th-jan-2022.1368681/
In other to fully test what we were building, we installed the application and started testing for the web hosting model. The original idea was to test and probably experience the challenges those using the application could face. Gratefully, because of this we have been able to add so many features and correct so many bugs.
The Problem:
We invested some resources on SEO when we started this test website, all was just a test so nothing we thought would be serious. But now, there is serious quality traffic coming to the website and it seems this was not the original idea. Some of our developers would need to sacrifice their time responding to requests and so on which originally we should be focusing on the development of the software. We ranked on the first page of some very competitive keywords and the traffic coming in was not what we expected for a test website.
Our knowledge in server management is below average and we want to completely move the management to a new Company or an individual who knows what they are doing.
About the platform:
Our software makes it possible for resellers to resell what the parent company sells on a fully white labeled model. So in this case, it’s very easy for people to start their own web hosting reseller website. They get a fully branded website and they don't need to pay anything for this, they are also able to resell over 400tlds we offer, shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers and other addons.
All the reseller needs is to point a domain name, set his own price, select one of the pre-built templates, set withdrawal options, change logo, favicon, modify text and images on the site or the reseller decides to build his website from scratch. This is so easy to begin and this has been the ultimate selling point for us.
Sales & Revenue:
Website is just about 7 Months old and it has made a little above $8,000 in revenue which most of the services are paid for Yearly.
The Deal:
We are looking for an individual or a company who would like to partner with us, we can discuss the profit sharing ratio this depends on what we finally agree upon. We want to fully transfer the Management to a third party who we are confident would do this better than us. Do not border sending me a PM if you have zero server knowledge.
