Its been a long time since I have opened a JV thread 
Was caught up with my daily grind and building my other non BHW based businesses.
Anyways coming to the point, I am looking for 15 passionate and driven India based partners who are passionate about digital marketing and want to make an extra 3-5k$ a month working with few hours weekly.
My requirements are -
1.You should have minimum 3 years experience in Digital Marketing, 3-5 years would be a easy entry to my JV. If you are running your own Digital Media/Digital Marketing Agency then it would be best.
We will have a skype call to know a brief about your background.
2. Absolutely Fluent in english communications.
3. Flexibility to work 8-10 hours a week, some weeks may be 20 hours a week but it will be similar compensated monetarily as well.
You don't need to invest any money, but only your knowledge and time. All money investment is mine.
About the JV -
I am conducting seminars and in major cities on Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing. I am able to get rooms full with 100-500+ attendees due to my heavy marketing and branding. I sell passes for 500 INR ( students ) , startups ( 1000 INR ) , corporates ( 2500 INR ). Sometimes I get big corporate trainings also and they pay bomb.
I have done 6 such sessions/seminars so far 5 in Bangalore and 1 in mumbai and all were successful , as in I was able to sell full house. I will extensively advertise my brand in upcoming Social Media week in Bangalore as well.
Right now I hire and train trainers to deliver various topics in these seminars and pay them salaries. However that model is not very scalable and I would rather offer potential partnerships to passionate people with experience who can share real world case studies with my audience. Also I like to work with passionate entrepreneurs.
These sessions are always a hit cause I give away all my digital marketing softwares to the attendees for free for an year and free training on the products as well. So they always up sold for the next session and we have repeat signups of like 65%. Slowly we will be brand in India. Also you can cross sell your services/products if they don't compete with me directly
For this JV, I would prefer people from Metros or from cities with minimum 10 lakh plus population. For small town guys if you qualify I am planning to do webinars in future and I will see how it pans out. Something in the model of edureka or digitalvidya.
The Market -
Digital Marketing Industry is about to explode in India and corporates and brands will need lot of trained professionals and there is a huge shortage of trained people in this industry. This could be as big as the IT industry of India as more and more businesses are moving their ad budgets online to advertise they will need trained people.

As per this around 1.5 lakh jobs will be created by 2016, even we are able to train 10% of that we are talking few million dollars in revenues.
As with IT industry we saw a huge sustained IT training business industry, I fore see a similar need for the Digital Marketing Industry as a whole.
Right now there are not many reputed digitial marketing training companies, NIIT has started some shitty courses but I checked, its quality is basically shit. The trainers are IT freshers who go through old and outdated NIIT material and teach the same shit to the students.
So we don't have much competition as such, we can start early and with my marketing skills and huge network I think we can become quite big and reputed soon.
