I have 2 different JV opportunities that I am looking for 2 different partners for. They are both new sites and will be ready to launch in a few days. I am looking for a partner to help promote the sites and bring in new leads. They are both in separate niches and each have different monetization opportunities.
The first program is in the finance niche. I have created a 12 week program to help people get out of debt. The participants will receive an email once a week with a financial challenge for the week. The challenges are simple and lend themselves to be shared on social media. An example is one week people are required to use coupons at the grocery store. At the end of the week they can post how much they saved in coupons on the facebook page or comment on the website. This will hopefully encourage others to join and share in the challenges.
The whole program is free of any offers and participation is free. I figured this is a good way to build confidence in the subscribers. At the end of the program I planned on following up with them and offer some additional help, payday loans, credit repair, and other financial type services. The goal is to build a large list of subscribers to an aweber list and monetize from there. As I previously stated the program is completed, I can build out the mobile ready site, and set up the facebook fanpage. I was considering finding others to help cross promote the program. Like emailing personal trainers, seo's, personal organizers, and nutritionist I would try to partner with one from each niche and help them create their own 12 week program. Then I would offer their programs to my subscribers. For instance, while you are doing our program why don't you also take additional 12 week programs and help yourself work out, lose weight, market your business, or get organized This cross promotion could help build a following faster than on my own.
The second program is in the internet marketing niche (I know this is saturated and that is a good thing for this product.) This product is for product reviews for internet marketers. Without totally giving away exactly what it is, this is designed to earn from affiliate sales commissions and gather internet marketer's email addresses. There are literally 100's of products that people are looking for honest reviews on. Currently I have the site built with the first 50 products already created on the site. I will be paying $500 for additional reviews from real product users. This should provide enough content to get the site going. The site is set up be an authority site and I intend on making it a great resource for anyone in IM. There will be a heavy focus on good information and this site should become a utility that is used daily by users. Lots of good free information including tutorials, video walk through's and tons of free online resources organized and explained for noobs to experts.
So basically I have completed a good amount of the upfront work load. The products could both be ready to launch within a week. I am looking for partners to work with to make both of these products successful
Here are the tools I have available to assist with our effort:
2 full time VA staff (they both work 40 hours per week and are very good at following directions)
3 +1 VPS's one of them is in Cali the other 3 are overseas. The 3 are mine and the +1 is provided by one of my VA's, she works for an outsourcing service that offer use of their applications. (mainly SeNuke XCr)

These should be enough tools to get us going and I have the VA's to set up the campaigns. I am not a programmer web designer, or graphics designer. I can hack my way through these tasks but those are not my skill sets. I have about three years experience with IM but my background (past 15 years) is in IT software management / support. What I am looking for is someone to help build traffic and to help monetize the traffic once we have it. This is an opportunity for someone with proven IM experience. I am willing to spit the proceeds 50/50 with the right partner.
These are long term projects and I don't expect them to start earning over night. Once a candidate is selected I plan on being in close contact with them on a daily basis if needed. You will be provided with all of my personal contact information and I can assure you I am a very honest and reliable person (and you can't put stuff on the internet unless it is true, bonjour)
