JV on a website I already have going.

Hey I am looking for an SEO to JV with me on my website. Preferably someone with scrapebox and all that good stuff. I've done all of the onpage seo, I just need more backlinks built.

If you can get me first place for certain keywords we will be making 2-5000$ a month and then eventually I plan on selling the site for 30,000$+ by summer. The keywords aren't too competitive, the niche is AWESOME and the main keywords get 100,000-200,000+ monthly searches.

Right now I am getting about a click per every 20 visits via adsense and the ads are paying anywhere between 0.25 cents - $2.00 a click due to the adsense ready layout.

The site has made $20.00 so far and I only started it about 3 weeks ago.

I am willing to do a 60/40 split. Preferably someone who is in the USA.

How have you valued your site? What's your experience? How do we know you wont rank and tank?

I've been doing web design for 12 years now, SEO for 5 years. I've done all of my research.

And although I've done my research and what not, in IM, you've gotta take chances.

That's a bit of an increase from $20 to $5k a month and then guesstimating a 30k sale, if you know the basics of SEO then why not just buy the right tools?

I'm just wondering about the security side of it really, are you going to aim only for adsense? What's the highest earning site you have personally been in control of and maintained?

If its just a normal wordpress template... then anyone can reproduce what you have made and no need to JV with you.

Well I'm not forcing anyone to help me, all of the work has been done, content, onpage seo and etc..

Nothing is gauranteed but the keyword phrases I'm trying to rank out for are getting plenty of monthly searches. The site has only been up 3 weeks and I've already made $20 adsense and I'm not even first page for any keywords yet.

I am ranked 2nd page for a couple of the less searched keywords(1000 or so monthly searches) and thats where the traffic and clicks came from. Most people have trouble making a dollar via adsense, hah.

I am not only aiming for adsense but that's what I am using to monetize for now until it gets ranked out for the main keywords that way I can test and scale up with some other idea's and see what converts.

For a 60/40 split, this isn't a bad deal at all. I just don't have time or the tools to build massive backlinks because I work 50 hours a week at my day job.

@Virus, calm down. In this niche the template doesn't matter, I designed the theme specifically for adsense. If you think a template is all that matters then I doubt you will be of any help to me. Move on.


Anyway, I am no n00b to internet marketing and I've had many successful JV's and projects/campaigns of my own. If you know your stuff, have experience and would like to give this a shot with me, hit me up.

usually people start JV with very passion n then disappear.. Thats my experience.

This is not true at all, guy sold his site for $80k on flippa with regular WP simple white theme, because he was ranked #1-#2 for 4-5 high paying keywords. Adsense earnings was around $4k, per month, and he sold for double because site is full potential for affiliates and other system for monetization. So all in all just make site to be informative enough for visitors and google and forget about theme
