I have several PR4 domains sitting around not making any money that I would like to partner with someone to start monetizing them and eventually flip them.
The first 2 domains I would like to work on include:
1. A former Florida business directory, with the word Florida in the domain. It's a .com domain and it has been registered for 8 years.
2. A former Denver news site that has Denver News in the domain. It's a .com and is 3 years old.
I am open to any suggestions you may have on how to use the domains. I would be willing to offer up to 75% or more of revenue and the eventual sale price if some simple revenue goals are reached.
I can provide hosting on a hostgator reseller account or possibly another server if needed. I can also provide some backlinking support if needed, but I prefer for this to be hands off on my end.
