So I have this plan,
We go out into the atlantic ocean, find a fairly shallow area out in international waters, and build us a floating island.
Then we declare our status as an independent nation of political dissidents and apply for protection from the UN.
We get a pocket nuke plant ( seen these? www.gen4energy.com/) and set up servers for streaming movies and other copyrighted material.
We content lock the stuff ourselves, and make more money than Kim DotCom did, and since the servers are not located in any nations jurisdiction they could never arrest us.
Then we expand bu bringing in rocks and dirt and build an actual Island, and open a techie luxury resort, Monte Carlo style but with everything on the island the cutting edge of Technology, sort of a Techno Vegas.
Of course the JV partners would have their own luxury accommodations as well.
When we get teh island built, we cultivate, process, and sell high quality cannibis on a strictly cash and carry basis to anyone who wants to come pick it up.
Should only have to invest a few hundred million....
