I am looking for someone with a graboid acct. I drive traffic and you pay. I get 75% (since I am doing all the work) and you get 25% just for having a graboid aff. acct.

Why can't you have your own graboid account? Will the account get shutdown?

Funny! Why don't you just create an account for your self instead of doing JV! Graboid is not like CPA, you definitely will be accepted in no time.
