JV: Need someone with CPA accs and BlackhatCodebraker(or similiar)

I have about 1k-2k unique visitors(95% from Google) a day that can be converted with very high success rate using content gateways. Due to the nature of the content, ************** can't be used and I am looking for someone with content gateway script like Blackhat CodeBreaker and some CPA accounts that are confirmed to work with the gateway script(something like zip/email submit would be best I think).
