What I'll do is provide you with keywords that have low competition and are easy to rank.

We can monetize the traffic either by adsense, cpa, amazon etc.

No offense at all, but this is basically we doing all work, creating sites and adding backlinks? You just will be giving the keywords?

I agree, you need to think twice. If someone can get ranking and build links then getting good keywords is something he do too.
