Just as the title states, I am currently looking to form a Joint Venture with 2 BHW members!
- This venture does NOT involve selling, trading, pumping/dumping or anything illegal as defined by the SEC and US laws. Those that are interested will receive additional information.
- MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE (You will be required to sign contracts)
- Preferably USA-based members; however, I am willing to let members in other countries inquire and/or join (this JV is 100% internet based).
- MUST have Skype with quality internet connection and webcam. If you're afraid to show yourself then this is not for you! I personally don't care what you look like as long as we get along to make money

- MUST be willing to devote time and energy. You can join this JV if you have a full-time job; however, it will certainly take away your free time and sleep.
- This JV is 100% transparent, meaning you will become part of a team that is open to the public - you will be required to provide a profile picture and bio which will be placed on the website.

Joint Venture Profits:
- ($$$) Passive income will be derived from website membership fees, advertisements (AdSense + Private) and limited product/service promotions. Additional information will be provided to those that are interested!
- Percent of website equity and profits will be discussed once final team is created, followed by legal documentation.

Here's what I'm looking for:
1. "Experienced Coder" - Must have more than 5 years of php, html and javascript experience (the website will be supported by WordPress). You will be required to show me your portfolio and possibly proof of education; such as a graduate in CS or current CS student. You will be in charge of website maintenance and monthly feature and code upgrades, along with weekly brainstorming sessions.
2. "Online Marketer" - Must be able to crawl/capture email addresses, leverage SIM cards, review generation, create forum accounts/profiles (black hat) and other miscellaneous marketing strategies which will be discussed later on. You will be required to provide me a list of programs you use and past/live results. This position has nothing to do with "SEO". Working directly with me, you will be in charge of getting visitors/members and promoting the website, along with weekly brainstorming sessions.
