Looking for someone who can mail and inbox 10-50k emails a week to start. Please ask any questions below, if you need references I can help and if you have any personal questions regarding integrity feel free to ask me. Looking to jump this into phase 2 of scaling it up and want someone to hit hard Monday or even sooner

Just looking for a mailer, preferably someone in the US but I will not discriminate. If you do not want to JV and CHARGE PER MAIL, I will consider as long as its cost effective.
Here is the basis of what I have and have permission from:
- Converts at 12-20% (just went first week of testing)
- Have a good relationship with affiliate manager
- Will allow view access of affiliate log in to track $
- Can be scaled up very large and I have permission to do that without flags
- Very simple, almost white hat, hehe, method.
What I need:
- Someone who can send up to 50k emails weekly and have them inbox
- Someone who can design emails so they are not spam (if not, WE can look into that)
- Experience with mailing large amounts, could scale up past 50k emails
- Good communication
Payout is:
- For 50/50 partnership 1 time a month (I can not change that)
- For 30/70 partnership I will pay out bi-weekly (less % because out of pocket)
