We'll be re-uploading videos (not on a spam level) so it will be beneficial if you're able to edit videos to avoid any disabled monetization or anything like that. I don't know much about Youtube, but I'm able to bring real tier 1 traffic to these types of videos to profit through Adsense. I just need a partner that knows how to work Youtube and can edit and re-upload videos. We'll go in 50/50.
