[JV] My software engineering / automation skills + your monetization methods

So, my secondary business is representing a global software development company with over 3k+ employees. I was informed 2 weeks ago that my commission would be cut in 1/2. I currently have at least 3 projects that were priced to high from the company. Ranging from discovery phase at $30k to full on engineering projects within AdTech with prospective client side project managers. At least 2 of the projects need: BA, Project Manager, UX/UI architect, and delivery manager. Do you have access to these respective roles? If so, how fast to build a team? Hello, I think we could make a very powerful Alliance. I have skills in physics, theoretical physics, economics, math, and geometry. I have been designing a logical system for a cryptomoney with intrinsically high use value. This is something that does not exist in cryptocurrency and it is why they are all the same. They are lacking that very important property. I have absolutely no computer skills but I understand the physics. I have been in need of someone with your exact skillset to help me build this world monetary system.

I call the cryptomoney Tecoin. I call the network Simplicity.
Technology + coin = Tecoin. I believe this will transition smoothly into society
I named the network Simplicity because complexity arises from Simplicity.

@PatrickP92 - this is a little beyond the scope of my interest. Too early/experimental. I'm sorry, I cannot put time into projects that do not have a high probability of success, and something experimental is too risky.

I understand how you feel, I can reassure you that the physics in my system are logical in practice and in theory but, because I have no skill in computers, I cannot assure hashgraph validity... That has been my major road block through this process. Enticing investors has been very difficult. If hashgraph can maintain an accurate ledger without the need for miners like blockchain, there is no problem. I can logically prove how a Tecoin would absolutely be more valuable than gold ever could. Current cryptocurrency has no function other than a unit of account. What happens when bitcoin reaches its 21 million coin limit? Miners have no incentive to continue maintaining the ledger. If this was somehow fixed, for instance the cap was removed, then what would be the incentive to collect these coins? They have no ultimate purpose, no function, and nowhere to go except to sit in someones account until they traded it for something thats actually useful like food. Think of bitcoin like gold 3000 years ago. Gold had NO useful purpose except as a unit of account and a medium of exchange. (anything can serve these functions, its just that gold is harder to find than rocks and, neither can be printed. You must do work to aquire them) now imagine my Tecoin like gold but, Simplicity like a machine that consumes gold and spits out new and useful information based on your preferences. Every gram of gold = X amount of time and X amount of computational power. The people mining for the Tecoin are also the people powering Simplicity. If I were IBM why would I want your funny little piece of green linen cloth or, your funny little digital coin with no function when I could sell my products to the public for a coin that has the ability to perform highly complicated and, high intense computational projects? The potential information that the coin is able to produce is what gives it true use value. This is the future wether I build it not. If anyone can logically prove me wrong, I would love to hear about it. There are many details about this system that I haven't mentioned but, must be implemented for the system to follow the laws of physics so that it can be self-sustained and correlate with the real world.
