I am planning to offer this service which is an easy sale.
It provides two main benefits to business by moving their site from a server to serverless:
1. Cost reduction (almost nil hosting charges)
2. Risk mitigation (your site becomes virtually unhackable)
Who can benefit from this service?
1. Businesses who don't update their content frequently
2. Businseses who don't require dynamic functionalities like eCommerce, dynamic content, etc.
This is an easy sell. I am offering up to 25-50% profit sharing based on ticket size and volume of customers.
