I have a faceless monetized channel in the political / war niche that is at 53k subs. Lifetime 8.2m views 665k watch hours and $10.7k earnings with $5.2k of that coming between Nov 10th - Jan 15th 2024 when last active covering the most recent conflict in the middle east. In the most recent period my daily uploads avg'd 30k views per day but I was doing everything myself manually and it was taking up a lot of my time. I've since stopped working on the channel to focus on other projects.
I've built this channel over three years covering various conflicts around the world but I have not really put a real focus on it until a few months ago.
Looking at my vids vs some of my competitions in the niche you will see quickly that we can easily scale this channel to get 200-300k views a day if not more and I already have built up a loyal audience waiting for me to resume content. This niche requires quick turn around on work and it would require us to start the day with a new topic and have a video completed later that day and ready to be published every single day. The quicker the better.
What I'm looking for is either:
A, Video editor that has provable experience working on the YT platform preferably in the political niche. For this we would be required to make 5 videos per week (1 Video per day Monday - Friday) and I will provide voice over, content idea's, footage, pictures, thumbnails etc. in the morning and you would be required to finish editing the video within 8-12 hours (Videos will be about 10-15 minutes long but simple edits) - I would initially do a 20/80 Adsense split to start depending on your experience and skillset, potentially I would be willing to go to 30/70% and we could scale to 50/50% as you take on more responsibility and roles.
Or B, Someone who is well versed on the YT platform with previous successful channels that already has a team and is willing to partner up to split Adsense 50/50%.
