Hi, I have old go*gle play dev console, that doesnt require testers requirement. I m looking for android devs who can create & publish legitimate monetizable apps/games or in need of publishing apps quick without waiting for days and months on tester requirements.

I am currently building an app, but two or more hands doesn't hurt. And ofc I'll be vetting the apk's for any policy violation an ota scams that risks my dev account.
