JV - My 2 years old Adsense Account - Your website

I'm planning to make a JV with someone who want adsense on his website, but he don't have account or he got ban. My Adsense account is 2 years old, no warning so far.

The income will be split : 30% me 70% you.
I will send money on PayPal.
