I am experienced link builder, looking for designer for Joint Venture.
We would think about the niche and the SEO strategy.
I can pay domain + hosting and oursourse some SEO services in the beggining.
Your job will be to create the web site and do on page SEO (i can help with that).

how good are you at LB? i have a new project that will be launched in the next 2 month and will consider a affiliate style JV with a 50/50 split.

Why don't you just hire someone for the designs and keep larger portion of the profits?
