I started building that project back in 2013 with a very skilled programer thinking we might go already in 2013-14 into recession as there was already a big economical fight between NATO/BRICS .
I basicly created myself the whole website,payment options,company registration,promotion material etc and my partner was working on the automatisation part.
Product is a hot item for unemployed people which i don't want to post in public.
It will be for sure a big money maker.
However my partner got an offer from a big UK cooperation and left that project giving me the code he already finished.
After 2014 the econemy went up so i basicly stopped focusing on it wanted to resume back in 2019.
I hired a chinese programer with very good reviews about automatisation and wanted to finish him the work of old partner.
Based on the programer the old code is not up to date and he would need to start from scratch again.
So i paid him but after nearly 2 months he just disappeared with no work delivered.
That's the reason why i'm looking for a skilled partner who is able to make automated server based crawl bot which will be also able to automaticly analyse content based on keywords.
Project is really big and the demand will be extremly high as unemployment is skyrocketing.
It's not a small project you can do in a few days or a week.
I'm offering a 51/49 JV leaving me the control over the project.
