[JV] Looking for Long Term, No BS, knowledgeable, Motivated Partner

I have come across an idea that can make a lot of money in the long run. Its re-selling a certain popular item and from quick research, there is NO competition.

What im looking for is someone that can be my partner in this venture, the reason being that im very busy with my offline business right now and i do not have time to focus on another online venture like this. BUT i do have enough time in the evenings to work on keeping it running With a Partner

Im looking for an experienced marketer who knows well about some of the following:

Web design
Keyword Research
SEO (whitehat)
setting up a 'shopping cart' (ecommerce)
article marketing
and any other 'marketing' techniques

Once rolling, this project will be a very busy success. I will be doing all the buying and selling from my state (US). All you would have to do is keep the site updated and "clean" (and on top of the serps of course)
