JV- Looking for a partner

I have the resources to turn something small into something bigger. I was doing some FB marketing with submits but the market has gotten heavily saturated, so I want to move on to something bigger. The reason I'm posting this is because I've seen many posts with people looking for CPA accounts to scale up. I'm looking for someone that can kill some offers in a certain niche: dating, credit report, grants, etc. The offer has to be on my network.

What can I do for you?

Cover your tracks for your BH traffic, provide you CL/FB traffic, and provide some whitehat traffic. I also have a programmer overseas that might be able to automate your method if it can be automated. Bottom line is no complaints= we get paid. I speak to the owner of my CPA network regularly and if we can cover our tracks and perfect one account, he will hand us several more to scale up. The advertisers are cool with BH traffic as long as they don't get any complaints. If you had success but your network gets on you for traffic source, this might help out.

If your having success with certain offers then this might be good for you. All we have to do is perfect one account for two weeks and from there we can turn this into a steady income until it gets saturated. I really only want one long term partner instead of several people, so let me know what you can do.
