JV - Looking for 2 partners: Web Designer's/IM'er's

I'm looking for 2 no BS, experienced, and hard working individuals. I'd like 2 Web Designer's (I'm one too) that understand IM. If you're a JR.VIP even better. This is a long-term group, and we'll be working on 3 solid online businesses. I'm not going to mention figures because that'll just draw in newbs, but all you need to know is it will be worth all of our time. Since this is gonna be long-term I'm going too be highly selective over whom I choose. What I bring to the table is being a web designer & advertising know-how for the sites to rake in big cash. I'll just need 2 partners from the get-go to strategize and overall make more money.

If you're very good at web designing, but lack some knowledge on IM, I may accept you, but you better be smart/have strong english, otherwise it's a hell no.
