JV - Local Lead Capture?

Well I'm a professional cold caller by day and I'm seeking a partner who can dominate local search terms with a good looking page that can generate calls. I can setup the rest as far as a phone number to promote and revenue (with contracts). I'm in the business of finding companies to buy these calls so they must be valid leads/people with interest. Not robo-dialed in overseas. Let me know which questions you have. Look forward to working with you. BTW only looking for a 1-2 people.
