I have a program that I have been running for about a year now which has really just been a very part time gig which involves job leads and hosting affiliate sign ups. I have two ways I make money. One is selling job leads and I have several very long term clients that are paying good money for them. We are not doing anything illegal or really even blackhat at all and neither is our clients that are buying the leads (no background checks or credit checks or any of that). I am doing well on just the monthly sales of the leads and very well on the hosting affiliate sign ups but the hosting sign ups take 60 days to get paid on so I am looking for some JV investors for the project to fund some growth to expand this some.
I'm looking for long term business partners/investors

Option 1.) If You invest 250$ you get two website of your own, a monthly payment of $75 per month for six months and at least $100 in affiliate sign ups to your own account (you get at least $550 back in 6 months)
Option 2.) If You invest 500$, you will get four websites of your own, a monthly payment of $150 and at least $200 in affiliate sign ups to your own affiliate account. (you get at least $1100 back in 6 months)
Option 3.) If You invest 1000$, you will get six websites of your own, a monthly payment of $300 and at least $400 in affiliate sign ups to your own affiliate account. (you get at least $2200 back in 6 months)
The money is used for marketing, building of more sites, and contract labor. The affiliate income could be much higher if you want to push the offer yourself. I have one affiliate that makes $2k a month and he invested $200. I have invested a lot of my own money in this but want to grow faster before some competitors start taking some business. Right now I have no one but the few clients I sale to competing with me and it is a very large market
Why should I trust you?

1.) I do IM full time, I have to be successful to eat!
2.) All the JV payments can be made via paypal which you can dispute the payment if you dont get paid. You have 45 days and if you dont like what you see in 45 days just dispute the payment.
3.) I have been a member here since 2006...That is six years so I am not some newbie at this
4.) I have enough cash coming in now from the selling of the job leads to cover the payments even if we dont make a single sale. I will limit the number of slots to ensure there is enough cash flow to cover everyone.
