Me: 15 years doing digital marketing, you name it, I've dabbled with it at one point or another.
I'm currently focusing on becoming the biggest player in a real estate sub-niche and I need your help.
The opportunity: To earn $5000+ per contract we secure and sell on to investors. We are deal finders, we find great deals and sell the deals on for an assignment fee. Look up the term "wholesale real estate" to learn more.
You: A killer email expert capable of generating high quality emails leads that can help us find clients (think real estate agents, brokers, developers, code inspectors etc). We offer to split our profits with them 50/50. They use their direct relationships with their clients or property owners to sell their properties to us. Even with a 3 way split we'd still make $1.5k+ per person.
You can use instantly or whatever tool and resources you want to get the job done. We'll split the profits from that arm of the business 33/33/33 with the leads you convince to want to partner up with us.
I'm happy to educate you on the niche, but I am not looking to educate you about lead generation, warming up emails, emails settings, qualifying leads, automations, workflows, tracking, affiliate links etc. I need an expert to help me and take ownership for their branch of the business.
With just 100 partners bringing us 10 deals each month, we can potentially earn $50k+ split 3 ways.
