[JV] I Got Real estate Leads- Can you Monetize them ?

I have a lot of real estate leads ( House Sellers), and i can get more each day

But i have problems to monetize them
I can send them , with open rate 10% and CTR up to 3% , but i dont get much money , maybe $7,5 from few k emails sent

If anyone can monetize them , then PM me, so we can talk

Leads are Fresh (only emails) And they all from USA !

Also i have Resume leads (people who are interested in job)
