[JV] i am looking for someone good in SEO

I have i site that i am trying to rank on first page of google and the first spot eventually. The target keyword is long tail and has 18 000 exact global searches in google keyword tool. I have exact match .com domain registered with unique content on the site. Currently the site is in the google top 100. I am doing only manual comments on do follow blogs for backlinking. If someone can help me get the site on the first page we can split the profit 50/50 or if you help me get it on the first spot i am willing to give you 60% of the profit. The potential profit is from CPA, adsense and selling products. Site is in the hi-tech niche.
