Hi,
I wish to propose a JV with someone who has willing to invest in advertising and marketing for the proposed project listed below.
Its a churn and burn e-commerce store and if you sit in fence of morally right and wrong and dont believe in gray areas you probably is not intended partner.
I have a idea of setting e commerce store which will be used to offer products below the market price, except it will not sell any, nor it wil collect money from users (that will be pure scam, which non wants to do)
What I offer:
1-A domain targeting country specific audiance
2-Hosting account
3-My own adsense account, we will split the earnings if account dont gets banned
4-Setting of the store and importing products from different sites manual or xml whatever suits
What i expect from you: social media marketing of the site without getting url banned and you need to cover the marketing budget
WHAT WE CAN EXPECT IN RETURN:
if project goes well and my Adsense survive we will split the adsense earning 50 50 after tax deductions
2- you can give your MailChimp setup to collect mail and run campaigns later and i will not be asking for for any share from your email list(provided if you know how to use/target particular country)
3- run you cpa offer on jv site and spilt the profit with me(percentage we may decide)

Is it scam?
No, we will not be asking any money from users, just showing them photos of item at cheap rates and collecting their emails and showing them advertisement
What if project fails:
We both lose our investment, as whatever monetary expenses are their we will spend from our accounts and convenience, neither i ask you to send me any money nor you ask me to send you, except the profit part.
I will shitlist you if i make no money?
Its a jv proposal, i am not seling anything, if its fails it fails, moreover you are responsible for advertising and bringing user, i rather be shitlistiing you for failing on your part(which I will not, unless you tries to hack the project and kicks me out)
Which paltform we use?
I am good at joomla, open cart and woocommerce, i will prefer wordpress and woocommerce.
