JV for a 2 years Old Site - Need SEO Partner

I have a proposal for you. I have this site at (Give link later)
I am looking for a SEO partner for this site who has access to automated link building tool like GSA, Senuke xCR or UD with the know how to run them and who can schedule link blasts to all the posts on the site (I am saying automated because the site has over 700 posts and doing link building manually will be a tedious task and not preferred also).

The site has a DA of 35 and 2 years old. The site was getting 1000 pageviews a day during its peak in 2011 and got a PR of 2 and was earning $10 per day. But since then I left the domain unadministered. Now I am planning to revitalise the domain and will be adding articles on it on a daily basis, maybe around 4-5 articles per day.


Currently the site is getting very little traffic around 100 pageviews a day but I believe with some serious link building the site can grow.


Let me know if you are interested in working on this domain as a JV partner share will 50/50.

I own GSA and Scrapebox.
Don't have a VPS, though, and don't know if my computer can handle that many.

I'll try to make it work, though, if you provide me with all the necessary inputs for GSA (keywords, titles, descriptions, etc.)
