<div align="left">i will explain it in the most detailed way as possible!
who am i?
who am i?
I am a indian australian mixed breed! i mean my dad is an indian and my mom from sydeny....i was brought up in rajasthan ...the craftsmen destination of india....My dad owns a handicraft show room in Udaipur rajasthan .......we also have our on work shop where the products are manufctured.....our sites are
</b>
what is the plan?
a couple of weeks back i saw a australian website
i browsed the site to find that the productsare exactly the same as my dad's ...after enquiring with dad i came to know that he did supplied those stuff to the website owner....i was amazed to see his profit margin
is the most expensive bag there costs him around 40$ amd he sells for 180$
something struck me and i started doing some keyword research to find out that most of the people selling handicraft items are dependent on ebay or PPC......
SO I DECIDED TO SETUP MY OWN BRAND NAME AND AN E-COMMERCE SITE FOCUSING ON INDIAN HANDICRAFT...
BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE IN E-COMMERCE SITES.....I HAVE MONEY TO INVEST IN STOCK AND WEB DEVELOPMENT BUT I AM QUITE HESITANT TO START FROM THE POINT nill .....
WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS JV?
those who have experience in e-comerce site....those who can manage and invest in the online part of business ..(website, SEO ,PPC etc...)
what to i bring on the table?
i will take care of the offline part of business....dealing with the stock. deilievery and after sales followup and support!
Scope for expansion?
i have seen antiques sold for millions ........i grew up in this handicraft field........the product range does'nt ends....and the rate of profit is well above 1000% for certain products (like antique brass and copper show pieces, paintings, indian ethnic wear, silk products, pashmina shawls, indian patch work carpets, inlay work furniture and many more)
how we will work?
i am more concerned about building a brand than a simple retail business....i would like to form a company with a partnership deed.. all the accounts of the company will be managed by a c.a ....profit will be distributed 50 -50 after cutting all the fixed and pervasive expenses......
i am already starting up with a reputable member of BHW who takes care of the UK market and i am looking for someone who want to work full time with me......
i have mentioned quite a lot of websites....so please have a look at the products i am currently dealing in...
ps.. while retail gonna be our market.....we will distribute the profit from wholesell aswell
any questions post here i will try to provide most relevant answers!
