JV Create a dating website with advanced semantic analysis technology.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting with two guys ho have created some advanced semantic analysis technology. They have created a java API and I gave the suggestion of creating a dating website using the API. This dating website would analyse facebook, twitter and other social networking posts and match users with people in their area that are similar.

The technology does not just find words that are similar, instead it finds deep meanings for those words and match then to those of a similar meaning.

I do not have much knowledge of website development, however, I am studying a bachelor of information & communication technology and will be studying java next semester. I have ideas on how the website will look and how it will be monetized and promoted.

I need someone that can help with the financial stages of the project and with the actual development and implementation of the API. I need someone with the knowledge to do this and be dedicated to creating a fantastic end product.

The guys who created the API have offered to 'hold my hand' through the process and I am guessing that in return they will want a share.

I'm Aussie, but I have little website knowledge etc. Just curious what kind of financial needs will be involved.

For this point in time, the overheads would be server costs. About $30/month until the API has been successfully integrated. So that's just $15/month for a partner or when $10 depending on what we arrange.
