[JV]Create 5 Micro Niche Sites - Update everyday journal on BHW

What i want to do ? I want to create 5 Micro Niche sites which will bring at least 100$ per month. The status of the pages will be updated regularly here so peoples can learn from our success and failures. After 6 Months the sites can be flipped and the JV will end with 50/50.
What i have?
Well i have 5 ready keywords with :

3000 Exact Matches , Low Competition , CPC = 2$+ : Available Domain names : .org/net

I need someone who is ready to buy the domain names and hosting.

I will write the content and do the SEO Part.

Well I Will do for each site :
I will write 6 Unique Articles of 600-800 Words every month.
Write 4 Unique Articles to send to ezine articles /Hubpages every month (Every 2 weeks/ 1article)
I will create :
20 Backlinks everyday to the main site :
100 Backlinks everyday to the Article Directories pages.
20 Edu backlinks every week for one month.
Directory submitting
Bookmarking
1 Youtube account for each site.
1 Twitter account for each site.
1 facebook account for each site.


What you should do :
Buy domains , hosting
Install the wordpress themes and some seo plugins
I should have access to domains and hosting.
You must be a loyal member.

Monetize :
Adsense
Clickbank
(your accounts if you want)

All i want this is while i optimize them and rank them on search engines people will have ability to learn things which i might fail or succeed.

hy just curious. why dont u buy the domains yourself and keep 100% of the profits?

yeah thats my question also i mean 5 domains is very cheap..and you keep all profits. very strange this.

Bad economic circumstances.
If i had the moneys right now i wouldn't ask for a JV.

Bad economic circumstances really isn't a good excuse for not buying 5 domains when you plan on making $100/month with them. Don't eat out for a week or two and you have "saved" enough money to buy 5 domains. They really don't cost that much. It would only cost you max $50 to register 5 domains.

This is quite a good deal actually. Like others said, it's a pity that you can't buy them yourself, it seems you know what you're doing. Maybe wait some more time ? If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't do the JV honestly.

Well , I'm thinking to stay away from JV's but i wanted also to let other BHW members know how the SEO's will function on my sites. Where i will fail they can succeed and things like that.

I will buy your domains for you, put them on my hosting, give you wp-admin access but not cPanel access. deal?

I don't need the cPanel access , if i need it anytime i'll ask you but i don't think that i will need as i wont do anything with domains just with updating content and backlinks.
