Hi,
I am current building sites using the incomeschool method and I need some content writers to help speed up the process.
The JV Offer
I will take 25% of the profits and will do site setups, financial responsibilities (hosting, domain, etc), niche research, editorial and promotion (including youtube videos) . You will write content and share in the other 75% of profits.
Your responsibilities
I am looking for a team of content writers who will share the other 75%. The amount of that 75% you get will be based on a % of the words you have written up till that date. If you have written 20,000 words and the total word count is 100,000 words then you will get 20% of the 75% (which is 15%) of the total profit. This is on all words written regardless of when they are written (month 1 or month 100).
As a content provider you will provide content on the niche topics which I supply with at least 2000+ words per article for response posts, 3000+ words for staple posts and 5000+ words for pillar posts.
The reading level of your article will be at least 7th or 8th-grade student as defined on wordcounter.net If you are unsure what that means, put the contents of this forum post into wordcounter.net and check the table on the right hand side. The reading Grade will be 11th-12th Grade.
You will rewrite articles if deemed too low quality or not following the outlined structure. I will do all editorial checks and make adjustments as necessary. If I feel it needs too much work to get it to an acceptable level I will ask you to fix it.
Your articles will pass copyscape and if they do not then they will need to be rewritten.
You will follow the structure I provide for content for response posts, staple posts and pillar posts as each is very different and needs to be written a certain way.
Why is this a good deal for you?
You don't have any investment apart from your time writing the articles.
You will get access to write for multiple niche sites and can choose from the available topics.
You diversify your risk across multiple niche sites in case one idea fails, another may succeed.
You diversify your risk across multiple writing styles with different writers contributing.
You don't have to do it all by yourself.
You don't have to pick the niche and do the time consuming research.
You get tasks to do and you don't have to think. Less thinking means less procrastination. Less procrastination means more action and more action means more profits and money for you.
This could be a good passive income stream for you.
Why is this a good deal for me?
I get sites up quicker to get indexed in google.
I diversify my risk across multiple sites much faster.
I diversify my risk across multiple writers ( in case some are not good and need a lot of rewrites).
Speed, Speed, Speed. I can't do all the work myself without it being slower.
Money. Speed=Profits and the quicker I can get content out in the structure I need the quicker I can monetize those sites and start getting data back on the niche.
Data is king. The more content, the more data I can collect on traffic, monetization, niches, etc. I intend to dominate niches which are profitable and need lots of data and content to achieve that goal.
This is a Long Term Business not a short term experiment
This is not a short term venture and I suspect writers will come and go as life takes them on different journeys. I will maintain all copyright over the content but I will continue to pay you your percentage of the profits while the sites are running. If at some point the whole set of sites are unprofitable they will be closed down but this is highly unlikely. A site shutting down means if was returning less than $100 a year which is very rare.
Why don't I just purchase content?
Content can be hit and miss when purchased. Even from good writers.
It can add up quickly when you want good quality content for multiple sites.
It costs more up front.
I think this will actually be more profitable for content writers. Basically if one site takes off your article which could have got you paid $20 once could end up paying you $20 year after year for a long time.
People start journeys, get all excited, write 10 articles and then give up. At least this way they get paid for those 10 articles if the site continues to succeed even if they lost interest.
A few other notes:
The overall metrics will be shared with all members (word count total, income, traffic, etc).
The individual site metrics will be shared with members over 5% of the total word count including the domains, linking strategies, etc.
Payments will be via paypal unless agreed through other means which I am happy to do. Payments will be accrued monthly after revenue is paid out by the advertisers.
Why I like this for me and you?
I think this is a good option for those who tend to start journeys and never finish them. They end up with an unfinished site which could have been profitable in the long term. At least this way if you give up there is a chance the site still goes on to succeed and you get some long term profits from it.
You could also choose to invest the earnings into getting others to write for you to increase your % word count earning you more each month. I think having multiple people contribute as a team is a win for everyone as we benefit from speed to market (well to google indexing) and speed means less time till profits start compounding.
If you are interested send me a PM and let me know any questions you have. I'll need some basic info from you to set you up and track your earnings. Remember that speed = profits and taking action is the key to hitting your financial goals.
If you are half interested but have any concerns reach out to me and I'll answer your questions as quickly as possible.
