JV - Completely finished site - Let's monetize this thing

Ok, so here's the deal. I was an affiliate for a company for the past year and a half and I created a really nice site to promote this thing. I was actually able to sign up over 70 people just from organic traffic to the site but the company changed comp plans amongst other things and people are not happy and I am one of them. I went from making $1500/month to $250 and I want out. Anyway, I want to turn this site into a money maker another way and this is where I need your help. The site is ready to go, all it will need is some minor tweaking for whatever route we go. PM me and I will give you the link to the site. I'm not greedy so whomever I partner with I will do a 50/50 split of revenue generated but this person is going to have to put in some work as well.

There are but I'm not sure I want to go that route. It might be the easiest way to transition the site but I think I'm sick of referral marketing. I've done for the past few years and it's almost more work than it's worth.
