I have 2 websites that have been sitting for the last yr with very little traffic. One is in English & other in Spanish.Both focus on bariatric & cosmetic procedures.I am a coordinator for a hospital in Mexico. I desperately need these ranked/converted traffic. So far the only thing I have purchased is clad & some image ads. I am willing to do a 60/40 split of wholesale pricing hospital pays me.
