JV - Attorney Directory - 1st Page Google

Hi,

I am looking to JV with anyone that feels the are capable of either:

1) Selling ad space for a highly rank website to specific law group of attorneys
2) Can generate leads of clients to the site

I am more interested in #1 above.

There is a lot of money to to made here, the website ranks on the 1st page of google for the exact term attorney is looking for.
