HI KHR,
There is a risk that the account can get suspended as I am doing Retail but you can be sure that once I start working on the account it will be more important for me! If the account is suspended all my money goes on hold for 90 days so its a much bigger problem for me. I also need team viewer access to account so I can work fine. If there are taxation issues I can cover that up by hiring you an accountant by the end of year everytime.

you actually have to signup a seller account to sell on Amazon.. There is criteria to get it!
