[JV] ad networks including adsense

Hi

I have accounts on a lot of ad networks, including adsense, and I'm looking for someone with a website that wants to do a JV and take advantage of this. I don't have sites at the moment so those accounts are just gathering dust.

For adsense I'd charge a % but on other ad networks I wouldn't take a % at the start, as I have some money trapped there and I wanna get it.

How would be able to get the websites approved?
