Bro, I have 90 PM's. It takes 60 seconds between PM's and when I send to many in an hour I have to wait. I'm trying to seek out a few guys for a JV and I can't hardly PM anyone. PM was a horrible option to contact anyone with.

Nope. Something I discovered out of dumb luck really. I've used bits and pieces of things I've learned on here from BHW and put together this project. It's evolved over the past year.
