Why not do option 2 . Do extensive SEO on these get them making $$$ with adsense for a 3 months running and flip them for thousands. Thats a much better plan of attack. I have every SEO tool available if you provide the articles {spun preferably} The wordpress prosense theme seems to go down well on flippa and a pretty high CTR with MFA sites .
