What could this be worth? I bought it thinking I could do cell phone type cpa leads but I've done nothing to promote it. Is it even worth promoting or can I sell it for anything?

Any web page can be worth promoting but not every page is worth selling. 1 reason a web page isn't worth buying; it isn't worth anything because it gets no traffic. 1 reason a webpage isn't worth selling; it brings in good money but anyone wanting to buy it isn't offering the right price.

I'm guessing since you haven't promoted your site, you aren't getting traffic so when you try to sell it, people will conclude it isn't worth buying.

You should hide your MB aff. link and promote it. Do some more work to monetize it and make it look like a web page that people will have a reason to visit. As of now, it looks like you are saying, FU to facebook and branching your own profile out.
