Why in the world would anyone buy a no refill service?
I do not buy SMM services but I do a lot of BST approval actions with them and never understood how that could be a viable offer and how anyone with half a brain would buy that.
Well because money talks. Usually such services are cheaper.
But never mind the "no refill" services. The thing I saw on jap not too long ago had my jaw on the floor.
So we have a no refill service right. Orders are made. The orders are marked completed a while later, but nothing got delivered whatsoever. I know because I'm checking the 10 pages constantly. Each of the pages has the exact same start count that it had when the orders was made.
So jap support is contacted. They tell you the service is "no refill" so you're out of luck.
Dude. I'm not asking for a refill. You delivered nothing at all! You can't do that!
So yeah, that's like stealing for real. Should be illegal
...because a service that got delivered and dropped, it will almost never drop back down exactly to the start count you had. Especially not between 10/20+ different links. Highly unlikely. One in a million. And if you're checking the pages multiple times per day, you know if there was any movement.
