Justanotherpanel scam ?? They increased the price thought their API

Move on to another service as you are spending time spinning your wheels when there is nothing you can do.

There are other suppliers out there I am sure.

Update about my issue:
Even if they are bad and their answer is very unprofessional in my opinion, they refunded my orders, so it's good for me even if their answer is very aggressive.

Working with Jap. Spent over 40k and we have never problems. Yeah altough the prices increase, but you must have a look of that to change the Services.

40k Spent - VIP and only 5-7 Tickets and they solve it very fast.

Picture is only for confirm, that i dont only talk bs

The same. Master lvl. Always talking to them (my team) to solve problems to issue refunds etc. If u didnt look up prices for quite some time - its only your problem, not theirs. Hate these types of clients the most like OP.

You hate me?
When you manage a WORKING business with thousands of orders, the fact to change price +1000% can make +200€ of loss in a single night. You think it's professional to change prices like that? What if you sleep? What if on hollidays? What if you're at hospital, and your smm panel increase price by X50 and you sell 1€ some services your now pay 3€? It's what happend to me, so it's my fault? I sell many services and receive many orders, a single day with I price increase I didn't notice (cause they don't warn at all) leads to loss

I bet you have a shitty panel with 3 daily orders, panel 100% linked on JAP api and reselling most of their ghost services which never work

Hey, that sucks. Unfortunately, with SMM panels the prices aren’t really fixed—providers can adjust them at any time depending on supply, demand, or source costs, and resellers have to absorb it. Best thing you can do is contact their support and ask if it was a permanent change or just a temporary spike. For the future, always keep a buffer in your pricing so sudden increases don’t hit you as hard, and consider diversifying across multiple providers so you’re not stuck if one panel hikes their rates.

They never say when they increase prices, communication is very bad
 
That’s really frustrating. Sadly, SMM panels can change prices anytime, even for resellers. Best option is to diversify providers so you’re not fully dependent on one source.
 
No one normal working instagram follower service with a normal price max 3$

Its a shame
