Sorry man, can't recommend any such panel because I haven't tried anyone. I am having my own service for social signals on various networks but I guess its not something you are looking for.
A lot of providers are available in marketplace. You can try with them but do not forget to do your due diligence because another provider was found doing same stuff like JAP and his services are also put on on hold.
